We signed up with Sid Fit Personal Training, as a couple, 11 weeks ago. My wife was 20Kg over weight and struggling with diets and related stress issues, and I had never really recovered from heart attacks occurring some years ago. We had joined a Gym for 12 months which failed; walked a lot with the dog; purchased home gym equipment but never progressed anything over the past 10years. Sid Fit – Gavin has changed our lives over the past 11 weeks. The program is primarily strength training, including cardio, which has been awesome. Our body shapes have already changed.
